Our Erlebach ¾ board is 360° of dining pleasure! Our team will spoil you with delicious food from 1:00 pm on the day of your arrival until 10:30 am on the day you depart.

Brilliant breakfast buffet

7:30 – 10:30 am

What a way to start your day! Our breakfast buffet has everything you could wish for – sometimes even more…

Light afternoon snack

1:00 – 3:00 pm

Feeling a bit peckish? Delicious homemade soup and a small salad bar with baked goods await you at lunchtime.

Coffee & cake break

2:00 – 4:30 pm

Treat yourself to a break with tasty coffee and heavenly homemade cakes from the buffet. By the way, you can help yourself to coffee from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Tea time & fruit

1:00 – 4:30 / 7:00 pm

If you’d like a cup of tea or piece of fruit, you will find it at the buffet from 1:00 to 4:30 pm and in the wellness area from 1:00 to 7:00 pm.

Flexible dinner

6:30 – 8:00 pm

With our 5-course dinner menu and salad bar you will certainly be spoiled for choice! We offer meat, fish or vegetarian mains. Simply order at your table – and enjoy!

The best water


Fresh Grander water all day long! Help yourself to still or sparkling water from our water station. Bring it back to your room or fill up your water bottle.  Drink up!

Dining highlights

At the Hotel Erlebach, chef Kay Dongowsky and his team will pamper you with delicacies made from regional products. Red, white or rosé: our three wine sommeliers ensure you have the best wine to go with your meal. Look forward to a different culinary highlight every day:

  • Monday: The grand uncorking!
    At the start of each week, our sommeliers uncork a magnum or double magnum bottle of wine. Big bottle – bigger enjoyment!
  • Tuesday: Help yourself to the farmhouse buffet
    Every Tuesday we hold our popular farmhouse buffet with a selection of cold and hot dishes.
  • Wednesday: Sweet waffle afternoons
    Once a week, we fire up our waffle iron and whip up fluffy, sweet treats that no one can resist.
  • Thursday: Fine dining on our gourmet evening
    The absolute highlight of the week is without a doubt our gourmet evening! Let us spoil you with an aperitif and 6-course gourmet dinner.
  • Saturday: Kaiserschmarrn fit for a king – or emperor
    Every Saturday from 2:30 and 4:30 pm we prepare the favourite dish of Emperor Franz Joseph I. Be sure to stop by for fresh-made Austrian Kaiserschmarrn pancakes!
  • Sunday: Starter and dessert buffet
    End the week with a (tasty) bang at our Sunday starter and dessert buffet.
